Coaching
Helping you heal
This isn’t your typical therapy.
This is real work, real support, and real connection.
I know what it feels like to be stuck… to be waiting for help, asking for help, or feeling like no one actually gets it. That’s exactly why I do what I do.
You do not need a label or a diagnosis to work with me.
You just need to be ready to move forward — even if that feels scary right now.
This is a cognitive and behavioural approach, focused on solutions, not just talking. We’re not here to sit in the past forever… we’re here to understand it, and then build a way forward.
We will do this together.

About
Annie
I'm not just qualified, I've lived this.
I am a published author of Beauty in the Beast — a story of my own recovery — and have been featured in KM News, The Sun and BBC. I also host the Beauty in the Beast Podcast, where I have open, honest conversations about mental health, recovery and rebuilding your life.
Alongside my lived experience, I hold:
• VTCT Level 3 Award in Education and Training
• CPD Certification in Performance Coaching (perfectionism & procrastination)
• Primary Care Training in Eating Disorders (National Institute for Eating Disorders)
I understand both sides — the clinical knowledge and the emotional reality of what it actually feels like before, during and after recovery.
What working with me looks like
This is not surface-level support.
This is hands-on, structured, and built around you.
You can expect:
• Weekly coaching calls
• A personalised care pack when you start
• Direct WhatsApp support between sessions
• Habit tracking & accountability
• Structured goal setting & reflection
• A safe, compassionate space to talk
Yes — we will hold space for your past, your trauma, your anxiety…
But we will always focus on the way forward.
Because healing isn’t just about talking —
it’s about building a life that actually feels good to live in.
How it works
We start with a free discovery call — no pressure, just to make sure it feels right for both of us.
Your first session is a deep, safe-space discovery, where we really understand you — your patterns, your thoughts, your story.
From there, you’ll receive your personalised care plan, and we begin your journey together.
I offer different coaching programmes to fit around your life, your needs, and your pace — because no two people are the same.
A personal approach
I work with a limited number of clients at any one time.
This is so you get the attention, support and care you actually deserve — not just another name on a list.
I also offer support and coaching for parents, carers and partners, because this doesn’t just affect one person — it affects everyone around them.
